Ways to Pay Your Mortgage:

At Your Favorite Branch
Payments can be processed at any of our convenient Branch locations and at our Face2Face locations.

Automatic Payments from your South Shore Bank Account
When your payment is coming from your South Shore Bank Checking or Savings Account, we can set up an automatic transfer to make the payment on the date that you choose. To sign up, fill out the Transfer Set Up form.

Automatic Payment Service (ACH)
Sign up for our Automatic Payment Service from your Checking or Savings Account at a different institution. This option offers you the added convenience of choosing your payment date. To sign up, fill out the enclosed Automatic Payment Authorization form, print and mail it to the address on the form.

One Time Single-Entry ACH Debit
Simply place a call to our Customer Information Center at (781) 682-3715 Mon-Fri 7am - 7pm, Sat 7am - 2pm to schedule your one-time electronic transfer to make your mortgage payment from any account you choose.

Bill Pay
Conveniently schedule either one-time payments or recurring payments directly from online banking. All you need is a checking account to enroll.

Mortgage Pay-By-Phone
Make your monthly mortgage payments by phone using your South Shore Bank checking account. Please call 800-875-3553 or 781-682-3715 for more details.

Mail
Mail your mortgage payment with the coupon directly to our Mortgage Servicing Center: South Shore Bank, Loan Service Center, P.O. Box 151, Weymouth MA 02188-0151. Make your check payable to South Shore Bank.
