Joseph McPhee joined South Shore Bank in 2012 as a Credit Analyst. He joined the Commercial Lending group in 2013, first as a Portfolio Manager, before being promoted to VP/Commercial Lending Officer in 2015. Joe works with a number of businesses and real estate investors and has developed a reputation for having a strong understanding of the local market and of helping his clients move quickly to take advantage of acquisition opportunities. 

Prior to SSB, Joe spent several years with Santander Bank and State Street Bank & Trust. 

Joe currently resides in Quincy, MA.  He attended Catholic Memorial High School (Class of '05) and graduated from Brown Universtiy in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Joe serves on the Leadership Council of the Quincy Young Professionals and is a member of the South Shore Young Professionals.
