Monitoring your account and transaction is crucial to effectively managing your funds, track daily activity and protect yourself from possible fraud. You can effectively do that with our Alerts feature found on South Shore Bank’s Business Online Banking.

To sign up for Alerts:

1. Log in on the South Shore Bank’s Business Online Banking
2. On the top right side of the screen, press on Alerts
3. After pressing on Alerts, a page with different tabs will open
4. With Alerts, you can set up security and account activity alerts

Type of Alerts
Security, Balance, Transaction, ATM/Debit Card and many more!

You can receive alerts directly via email, SMS, online secure inbox and push notifications.
